CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT BY THE CLIENT

In the event of cancellation of the contract, the following penalties shall apply:

30 days before the check-in date, 10% of the reservation amount.

Between 29 and 7 days, 50%.

Less than 7 days before, 100%.

There will be no REFUNDS if the client voluntarily cancels the services before the end of their stay.

MODIFICATIONS BY THE COMPANY

If unforeseeable and uncontrollable situations arise that result in the accommodation being unavailable, the company will provide the client with another accommodation with similar or superior characteristics, without any refund by either party.
